When I initially sat down with Josh I had a list of medical conditions, medicines, surgeries and injuries a mile long and he didn't so much as flinch, he simply clarified my limitations and then asked me what my initial goals were and the journey began. Since that day, I have gained muscle mass, confidence, a trusted mentor/friend and love working out. Even with more medical setbacks occurring since I began with Josh, he keeps me motivated and focused. He constantly identifies what works and doesn't work for me and builds upon it. He uses his experience and does research on his own with regard to my health issues to find new ways to make my workouts more effective and increase my muscle mass and tone and for the first time in my life have a body I am proud of and it's because Josh has stood by my side as my friend and trainer. As a result, my entire mindset about my health, my body and how I treat my body is forever changed for the better. I will always need a personal trainer and Josh is the only one I trust to help me reach my goals.

When I was looking for a trainer, I was looking for two main things: (1) an energizing resource to work with me to get where I want to be; and (2) someone who knew the road ahead because he had been there. Josh fits both perfectly! I have been working with Josh for 3 months now (over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years’), and have already seen big results – lost 15 pounds, lost 4 inches in the waist, and increased my cardio and weights by nearly 50%(!). During that time, Josh tailored a workout routine just for me, and during our sessions he is completely present for me, helpful, encouraging, and fun. Some trainers at the gym will say they have a diet plan, but only Josh has the knowledge and education to back it up. Josh will take a personal interest in you and motivate you to achieve your short term, and more significantly, your long-term goals. He's not a trainer who is going to be standing there bored staring at the clipboard or the ceiling while you do your set; he's going to be seeing to it you reach your full potential every exercise. Josh is the personal trainer to get me where I want to be.
BodyFit has completely changed my life. I started with a national weight loss organization, but soon realized I needed something more. When I joined BodyFit I was introduced to a new way to live. I am now following not a diet but a carefully design program of eating healthier, combined with working with a personal trainer doing weight training and cardio. The best thing that Josh is able to offer you is his knowledge of nutrition, motivational techniques, and knowing the best program to put you on. I truly believe Josh has saved my life!
In under 5 months, I have lost weight, gained muscle mass, increased strength, and lost inches from my waistline from working with Josh Christopher. I have worked with other personal trainers in the past, but none have been as effective in helping me reach my goals as Josh has. Josh combines his knowledge of diet and exercise and tailers his client's regimen to meet their specific needs. Josh varies each session so I am never bored.
