What is Boot Camp?

To some it sounds scary to others it sounds fun while some just see it as a healthy part of a fitness lifestyle.  But there is no arguing, when you Boot camp you get dramatic results.  Boot camp varies by the instructor, the day and the mood of the class.  Each class is designed to challenge each participant to push to their full potential regardless if it’s their first day or their 5th year while still having a great time.  Boot camp fitness can help you change your body into a lean mean fat burning machine.  With a proper diet and adding boot camp as a part of your fit lifestyle you can shred fat, increase muscle strength, and dramatically up your endurance level.  Give into the Boot camp and let it change you. Rain or Shine

Class consist of several elements of fitness Cardio (running, jogging, hiking, jumping jacks, sprints, interval training, obstacle courses, etc) Strength Training (lunges, pushups, pull ups, sit up, squats, weighted resistance, etc) Explosive Training  (jumps, sprints, leaps, skips, etc) Core Training (lower back, side obliges and abdominal strength and toning)

 

What should I expect with each class?

*Expect to be challenged to push the limits with your mind and physical ability.  However, ultimately you are in control of pushing to your personal limits.  Picture it like Spin class, the instructor gives goals and direction but ultimately you are in control of your tension. "Its torture but it works"

*Expect to need bottled water and possibly a towel for sweat and or lying on the ground.

*Expect to be sore after your workout which is a sign that your body has challenged its self to create change.

*Expect to tone your body, lose weight and reach a level of fitness different than most exercise routines.

*Expect to feel a huge since of accomplishment and thinking wow that hour went by so fast.
